Our Happy Patients

I was in a horrible motorcycle accident in 2019 And when they airlifted me to the hospital, they said they would have to remove my leg due to the horrific condition it was in. Dr.Sen is the only reason I still have it. He would not stop until I was fully healed. I owe everything to this man. He is a wonderful doctor, and person. He constantly checked in on me while I was in the hospital for 2 weeks after it first happened. And after I was out, he still did. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Sen was kind and caring. He just has a way of making you feel comfortable and safe. He’s knowledgeable and direct and you can’t ask for much more in a surgeon. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to operate on me. I even have a few friends who have gone to him and their experiences have been the best. His surgery team is top notch and they take their time understanding you and you’re never just another patient. I’m so thankful to have had such a great surgical experience.
Andrew Miller
The entire staff at Sen Orthopedics was informative, friendly, courteous and professional. My first experience with Dr. Sen was when he treated and operated my knee. He always made himself available to me and made us feel comfortable about the whole surgery. A few months after he operated both my knees and I’m very happy with the results. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing orthopedic treatment or surgery.

Our Happy Patients

Hi, I’m Dr. Milan K. Sen,

We understand that shedding light on an orthopedic condition can sometimes be challenging to patients. Leviathan Wellness takes pride in providing a nurturing environment centered around putting your mind at ease and educating you about your available care choices.

Your trust is our number one priority, which is why we take the time to listen and understand what has brought orthopedic pain or discomfort into your life.

Our integrative approach offers preventive guidance and non-surgical rehabilitation before surgery becomes an option. This way, we can tailor treatment plans based upon an individual's circumstances rather than just following standard guidelines set by other surgeons without understanding a person's needs firsthand.

By providing you with unparalleled attention, we're dedicated to helping you get the most out of life again, performing the activities you love - better, stronger, and pain-free.

Our Treatment Process

We Use Dynamic Treatment Options to Help Our Patients’ Regain Mobility and Stability. Here Are Some Steps to Expect:

Consultation and/or MRI

You are always in good hands with our specialists, who will diagnose the root cause of your symptoms and recommend any necessary treatment. We perform a thorough evaluation of your pain levels and range of motion. We'll then determine whether an MRI is needed to help us pinpoint which therapies or surgeries might be best suited for you.

1
Specified Treatment

Our team believes in getting to the root of your pain. That's why we offer various treatments like individualized plans, injection therapies, and minimally invasive surgery as our last resort when all other options have been exhausted.

2
Post-Treatment Care

Your orthopedic post-treatment care is of utmost importance to us. It starts with testing your range of motion, followed by facilitating therapy at home or in the office. If some instances need additional treatment via injections, it would significantly reduce pain and expedite recovery time.

Concerns Our Patients Have

We’re Devoted to Helping our Patients by Having our Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Pave the Way to Providing Consistently Clear and Reliable Information
When should I see an orthopedic doctor?
If you've recently been injured or have a mix of chronic orthopedic symptoms (bone and joint pain), then it may be worth paying a visit to an orthopedic specialist. Although seeing your PCP (primary care physician) might be your first choice, going to an orthopedic physician can save you both time and money.
Is orthopedic surgery painful?
In a majority of cases, numbing techniques like nerve blocks help create a painless experience. However, it’s essential to remember that everyone is different. Pain levels can vary significantly per individual case based on factors such as lifestyle, habits, and activity levels. Slight discomfort is common after surgery, but we take every measure to accelerate your road to recovery.
What should I do after orthopedic surgery?
Following best practices after surgery will significantly reduce recovery time. We recommend avoiding physical activities such as sports, heavy lifting, and repetitive & overhead movements. A door-to-door concierge service is provided before & after surgery to help alleviate your travels, as well as post-surgery follow-ups, physical therapy, and rehabilitation devices.
What will my first othopedic appointment be like?
We analyze your medical history (i.e., general health, past health, family medical history, etc.), pain levels, range of motion, as well as review the imaging results you currently have, such as an MRI, CT scan, and X-ray. If no imaging is available, we’ll help facilitate the process to diagnose your condition better.
What is the most common orthopedic surgery?
The most common amongst orthopedic surgeries are of the knee and shoulder, followed by the wrist and ankle. Although surgery is always a last resort, we implement a minimally-invasive procedure known as arthroscopy when required. Arthroscopy is when we make a button-hole-sized incision that helps us diagnose & treat the joints' condition in a state-of-the-art manner and faster recovery.
What is considered an orthopedic condition?
An orthopedic condition is an injury or disease that affects the musculoskeletal system. Some of the most common disorders can stem from acute injuries (i.e., bone fractures, dislocated joints, overuse) or chronic orthopedic diseases (i.e., arthritis, bursitis, osteoporosis, tumors, and joint & muscle pain).
